I got this to wear at night. I have my Apple Watch that I wear all teh time but it needs to charge at night. I was hoping that I would be able to check my Oxygen Saturation throughout the night or whenever I wanted to like I can with my watch. Unfortunately that is not the case. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great ring adn measures just about everything else and is highly accurate as far as when you are in bed, when you actually go to sleep and anytime that you wake up during the night. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to know more about their sleep patterns. Well worth the money but it does have its limitations.

First off, I can see why people throw a lot of hate and negative comments towards a ring. But like some other reviewers have stated, it offers convenience, style & better statistics and insight. I will say a few things: 1. If you don’t plan on utilizing all the stats the app/ring offers, I don’t think it’s worth your money. I use this MAINLY for my body temp and for charting. I’ve been following the natural family planning for years and so I chart as well as keep track of bodily changes to determine my fertile window. Came in like 12 hours. Seriously, i ordered it the night before and was here before i woke up. Not standard ring sizes - not even the same as other smart ring kits- so def try on a few before dropping 350. I havent bought one yet, but Vital Healths sizing kit runs about 1.5 sizes bigger with the bumps inside. UH Air fit me better and the material was much more comfy on my finger, but its not the same you will get in the real ring. UH fit my index finger best at size 8, while with Vital Health i went with a 9 (only bc i want to sleep with it and i couldnt get it off in the morning. That freaks me out bc you cant cut titanium off if your finger swells for any reason). Im usually a 7 on my ring finger, but while a 6 fit me at times, an 8 could get stuck at the wrong time of day. Almost went with a 10, but it got way too loose throughout the day. Very interesting, i know. Just slow your roll and get the kit before you jump the gun. Otherwise, i would have ordered a 7 from jump and ...More

Using 2 different ring sizers and wedding rings that agreed with them, I know my standard ring sizes for left and right index finger. It mystifies me that smart rings have to come up with their own non-standard ring sizes. Standard size 13 is a bit tight on my right index finger, but this kit shows me as size 12. On my left index finger, standard size 14 is just right on my left index finger but with this kit 13 is too loose, and 12 way too tight.

I bought the Vital Health ring, and I just don't get the negative reviews. 1) I wore a watch. Whether you wear an Apple Watch or a Google Pixel 2 (forget Samsung, it's junk), they last a day and a half at max. Sleeping with a watch is weird. The battery only lasts so long because of the power needed for the screen. 2) A ring is much easier to wear to bed. 3) The metrics are better than the watches. 4) The battery lasts like 5 days and charges in an hour. I see these reviews from people who are like "I don't get it." Clearly you don't. The whole point of the ring is that it lasts way longer, it's easier to wear, and frankly, the Vital Health app does a great job. People are complaining about metrics it doesn't have, but the watch apps don't either. Oxygen levels aren't a constant thing, it's a daily average, for example. I just don't get it. The online version of ring sizing matched me at a 10. I ended up needing an 11 once trying the rings on. Very important to wear it for 24 hours to see where it fits best. Very fast way to obtain this set.

It’s free if you buy the ring from the company. Unclear why here you have to pay extra. Otherwise pretty helpful to try the sizes out first. The ring fits differently than a normal ring.
